2. Products and Fitment

Ultra Parts sells aftermarket replacement vehicle lighting, including headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and daytime running lights. Product listings include year, make, and model fitment information to help you choose the correct part.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to change; an order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an item becomes out of stock.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Installation

Lighting components should be installed by a qualified technician where required by the complexity of the installation or local regulations. Improper installation can affect safety and may void any applicable warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
